• Planning and delivering engaging, creative and differentiated lessons in line with the national curriculum
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and development
• Assessing pupil progress and adapting teaching approaches to meet individual needs
• Managing classroom behaviour effectively and promoting positive attitudes to learning
• Working collaboratively with support staff, parents and the wider school team to ensure the best outcomes for pupils

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
• Experience teaching within a primary school setting (desirable)
• Strong classroom management and communication skills
• A passion for education and helping children achieve their potential
• A proactive, enthusiastic and adaptable approach to teaching
