Day Teacher

Smile Education are recruiting day to day teachers across Redditch, Bromsgrove, Evesham and surrounding areas.

We’re looking for teachers who are flexible, proactive, and skilled in behaviour management, with the ability to think on their feet and bring energy into every classroom. • Keep pupils engaged and on schedule
• Adapt activities if needed (depending on time, ability, or behaviour)
• Keep a positive and safe working environment for staff and students
• Be alert to any concerns and report them to the designated safeguarding lead (DSL)
• Deal calmly with disruptions
• Build quick rapport with pupils

• Teaching certification or QTS.
• Proficiency in the primary curriculum and effective instructional techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A genuine passion for teaching and motivating students to excel.
• Have experience working in Primary schools

• A daily rate of £125-£155
