A friendly and supportive Primary School in Redditch is seeking an experienced PPA Teacher to work four days per week across Key Stage 2, starting after the half‑term break until July initially.

This PPA Teacher role is perfect for a confident and adaptable practitioner with strong knowledge of the KS2 curriculum. It is a non‑planning role, allowing you to focus on delivering engaging lessons and maintaining a positive learning environment across a range of KS2 classes.

Working across Key Stage 2, you will play a key role in supporting pupils’ academic progress and ensuring continuity of learning throughout the school.

• Deliver engaging and effective lessons in line with the Key Stage 2 national curriculum.
• Follow and adapt pre‑planned work to meet the needs of all learners.
• Support pupil progress and provide feedback in line with school policy.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Work collaboratively with class teachers, support staff, and senior leaders.
• Promote pupils’ emotional wellbeing alongside their academic development.

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Previous experience teaching within Key Stage 2.
• Strong classroom and behaviour management skills.
• A flexible, reliable, and professional approach.
• The ability to adapt quickly to different classes and learning needs.

• Competitive daily pay rates, from £120 to £150, based on previous pay scale and experience.
• Holiday Pay – PAYE candidates accrue 12.07% of their day rate.
