Halfords Group is seeking an Autocentre Early Careers Co‑ordinator based in Redditch. This full-time role focuses on supporting our Early Careers programmes across the UK, primarily in the North of England.
The successful candidate will coordinate onboarding for apprentices, manage relationships with training providers, and ensure programme effectiveness. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as a passion for developing future talent.
