Teaching Assistant – KS3 Provision

Bordesley MAT is recruiting on behalf of a welcoming middle school in Redditch for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to support pupils in the KS3 provision and help create a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Supporting students across KS3, both in class and with small group/1:1 work
• Working closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
• Helping to foster positive relationships and encourage engagement in learning
• Providing additional pastoral and behavioural support where required

• Immediate start available
• Opportunity for a long-term contract
  , with the potential to move into a permanent role within the school

• Experienced in working with children or young people (school-based experience preferred)
• Confident in supporting students with a range of abilities and needs
• Positive, resilient, and passionate about helping young people achieve their best
• Able to work effectively as part of a team
