Cover Supervisor – Secondary and Middle Schools

Schools in Redditch, Studley and Bromsgrove require confident Cover Supervisors for flexible short‑term cover and long‑term positions commencing from September.

• Oversee students in completing pre‑set work in the absence of the subject teacher.
• Ensure students remain engaged, on task and manage behaviour in the classroom.
• Build positive relationships with pupils across different year groups.
• Assist with other duties such as registrations and break/lunchtime duties.

• Desire to make a difference.
• Enthusiastic with a good sense of humour.
• Excellent communication and time‑management skills.
• Adaptable, proactive, resilient and reliable.
• Hold a UK degree or have previous experience working with young people (e.g., mentor, sports coaching, youth work, tutoring, TA, LSA).
• Possess a current enhanced DBS certificate (or be willing to apply).
• Able to travel to Redditch, Studley, Bromsgrove.
