The school is a mainstream middle school in Redditch looking to appoint a full‑time Pastoral Manager from September, working Monday to Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm. The role includes parental liaison, safeguarding support, organising and implementing re‑focus sessions and providing on‑call behaviour support to staff across the school.

• Previous experience working in a pastoral, behaviour or student support role within a school setting
• Strong understanding of safeguarding procedures and child protection responsibilities
• Experience supporting behaviour management and building positive relationships with students and families
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Ability to remain calm, resilient and professional in challenging situations
• Proactive and compassionate approach to supporting young people
