Worcestershire County Council is offering a part-time Careers and Employment Advisor position in Redditch, within the Skills and Employability team. The role focuses on mentoring young people aged 16–24, helping them secure positive destinations through targeted support and outreach.
The role is fixed-term until 31 March 2028 with a view to extension, requires experience in group and 1:1 mentoring, and works across Redditch Careers Hub and outreach locations. Closing date 23 August 2026.
