Empowering Learning is seeking experienced and adaptable Primary Supply Teachers for flexible, day-to-day roles across a range of primary schools in the Redditch area. This is a fantastic opportunity for educators who enjoy variety and are confident delivering high-quality lessons without the involvement of planning. We are looking for individuals who are passionate about teaching and seeking a better work/life balance.

We work in partnership with a large number of welcoming and diverse primary schools across Redditch. Each school has its own unique ethos, but all share a commitment to inclusive education, pupil wellbeing, and creating safe and supportive learning environments. Whether you prefer Early Years, KS1 or KS2, we can match you with the settings that best suit your skills and interests.

The ideal candidate will:

Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with experience in UK primary schools

Be confident teaching across EYFS, KS1 and/or KS2

Be flexible, reliable and quick to build rapport with children and staff

Be proactive in classroom management and adaptable to different school policies

Have an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to obtain one)

Access to a variety of schools and year groups to match your preferences
