Evidence of CPD relevant to behaviour management

Significant experience in a pastoral, behaviour or youth role

Experience of working with external agencies

Understanding of safeguarding indicators

We are proud to be recruiting a Behavioural Pastoral Manager (Scale
6)—a pivotal role at the centre of our Behaviour & Attitudes strategy, responsible for leading the daily operation of whole‑school behaviour systems. This is an opportunity to shape the consistency, clarity and impact of sanctions across the school, ensuring that expectations are understood, upheld and delivered with precision.
