Teaching Assistant – SEN Support (All-Age School)

An inclusive all-age school in Redditch is seeking a full-time Teaching Assistant to join their team on a long-term basis, starting as soon as possible.
This role is suited to a committed and dedicated individual who is passionate about supporting pupils with special educational needs across a range of age groups.
You will play an important part in providing consistent support, helping pupils feel safe, engaged, and supported throughout the school day.
Your Role Will Include:- Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 basis and in small groups
- Assisting with learning activities across different age ranges
- Encouraging positive behaviour, independence, and engagement
- Supporting pupils’ emotional and social development
- Working closely with teaching and support staff across the school
- Experience supporting children or young people with special educational needs (essential)
- A reliable, committed, and dedicated approach
- Confidence working with pupils of different ages
- A calm, patient, and supportive manner
- A valid DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
