Are you an enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Redditch? We are currently recruiting for a full-time, long-term Teaching Assistant position within a welcoming and supportive mainstream school.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside experienced staff, supporting pupils in the classroom and helping them achieve their full potential. The school is looking for a proactive and positive individual who is passionate about making a difference in children's education.

• Supporting the class teacher with the delivery of engaging lessons
• Working with pupils on a one-to-one basis and in small groups
• Assisting with interventions to support learning and progress
• Encouraging pupil participation, confidence, and independence
• Supporting classroom management and maintaining a positive learning environment
• Helping to meet the educational and emotional needs of pupils

• Previous experience working with children in a school setting
• A positive, patient, and adaptable approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children's learning and development
• Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential

• Full-time hours in a long-term role
