Are you a compassionate and dedicated SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a rewarding role in Redditch? We are currently recruiting for a full-time, long-term SEN Teaching Assistant position within a supportive and welcoming school.

This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of pupils with additional needs, providing tailored support to help them succeed both academically and personally.

• Providing one-to-one and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs
• Supporting children with a range of needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and communication difficulties
• Working closely with class teachers and the SENCO to implement individual support plans
• Encouraging pupil engagement, confidence, and independence
• Supporting pupils' social, emotional, and behavioural development
• Creating a positive, inclusive, and nurturing learning environment

• Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school or similar setting
• A patient, caring, and resilient approach
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• The ability to adapt support strategies to meet individual needs
• A genuine passion for helping children overcome barriers to learning
• Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential
