Overview
TSA Surveying are currently working in partnership with a prominent building consultancy looking to add a Stock Condition and EPC Assessor to their team across Redditch.
Responsibilities- Carry out stock condition surveys on social housing properties including kitchens, bathrooms and HHSRS.
- Conduct Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) assessments to determine energy efficiency ratings.
- Identify defects, wear and tear, and potential hazards.
- Surveys are carried out on an asset management software – tablet devices will be provided.
- Carry out 5-8 completed surveys per day.
- Induction provided to use the software.
- Outside IR35 role.
- Pre-booked appointments / door knocking.
- Properties can be slightly scattered.
- Paid per survey – Houses, Flats, Blocks.
- Experience in stock condition surveying or related fields.
- Ability to work efficiently using technology (tablets).
- Experience in energy.
- Elmhurst accredited.
- Familiarity with the HHSRS system.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
