Technical Project Manager On-site in Chippenham, UK Permanent Position Were looking for a driven Technical Project Manager to join a fast-paced, forward-thinking engineering environment where innovation moves from concept through to full-scale production. This is a hands-on role where youll take ownership of technically complex projects, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing customer relationships, and ensuring delivery on time, on budget and to specification.

Technical Project Manager What Youll Be Doing Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders Lead projects from concept through to production, ensuring successful delivery Drive collaboration across Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams Manage multiple projects at different stages in a dynamic environment Take ownership of project plans, risks, and budgets, ensuring proactive resolution Lead structured New Product Introduction (NPI) processes Control costs, Bill of Materials (BOM), and processes throughout projects Support new business opportunities, bids, and proposals Prepare quotations, business cases, and customer-facing documentation Identify opportunities for process improvement and business capability growth Provide clear, concise progress updates to senior stakeholders Technical Project Manager

What Were Looking For 35 years experience in an engineering or manufacturing environment Proven experience in project management, delivering complex projects Track record of delivering projects across the full product lifecycle (from design, test and development to final delivery) Background in engineering, materials, or a related discipline Strong commercial awareness with the ability to contribute to solutions (not just manage plans) Thank you for your application.
