As an Internal Sales Engineer, you will act as the link between customers, production teams, suppliers, and the wider business. You'll use your engineering knowledge to understand customer requirements, interpret technical drawings, prepare quotations, and help deliver the best engineering solutions.

• Preparing technical quotations and processing customer orders
• Reviewing engineering drawings and customer specifications
• Supporting customers with technical enquiries and product solutions
• Building strong relationships with existing customers
• Following up on quotations and identifying opportunities to win new business
• Liaising with production teams, suppliers, and subcontractors
• Sourcing materials and specialist manufacturing services when required
• Managing customer projects through the quotation and order process
• Delivering excellent customer service and helping develop long‑term customer relationships
