Location: Astwood Bank
Think Recruitment is seeking a Resident Liaison Officer for an onsite role supporting residents in social housing across Birmingham and Tewkesbury. Travel is required; a company van and fuel card are provided from day one.
Duties include communicating with tenants, booking in works, and attending site visits with the Site Manager. Retrofit works may include solar installations, cavity wall barriers, loft insulation, windows/doors, and air source heat pumps.
