Your training would follow a structured programme allowing you to develop your technical pensions related knowledge, client relationship management skills and a general understanding of finance.

What you’ll be doing- Calculating benefits for members; i.e. leavers, retirements, transfers, deaths
- Maintaining membership records on the administration system
- Dealing with general and technical queries from members, the employer and the trustees by telephone, email and letter
- Educated to A Level or equivalent, with a B grade or above in Mathematics
- Ability to demonstrate strong numeracy skills
- Willing to study for pension qualifications
- Permission to work in the UK at the start of employment
