Vacancy Overview

Voted Best Pensions Administrator in the Country for the 4th year in a row, and Administration provider of the year 2025, Broadstone is growing and needs an experienced Senior Pensions Administrator to support our De-risking and Endgame Solutions (DES) team.

As part of the DES Team, the role involves preparing schemes for buyout, supporting schemes with insolvent employers during the PPF assessment period, and ensuring members receive correct benefits. The position requires a focus on exceptional service, accuracy, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Completing calculations for member benefit entitlements
  • Responding to queries from stakeholders
  • Preparing and collating requested information
  • Checking other team members’ work in line with procedures
You – Qualifications & Experience
  • Educated to A Level standard or equivalent
  • Previous experience carrying out a similar role with a third‑party administrator or in‑house occupational pension scheme
  • Experience working with DB pension schemes
  • Proven ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong numeracy skills and attention to detail
  • Solutions‑driven with a focus on continuous improvement
  • Studying towards or completed relevant professional qualifications is desirable
