Halfords is seeking a Finance Business Partner for the People function in Redditch to provide autonomous financial partnering and management accounting support. The role covers budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for a cost base of around £20 million, with exposure to exec-level stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant with strong Excel skills and SAP experience, able to build trusted relationships and influence decisions across the business.
