As part of Adept Care Homes, a family-run, Midlands-based group providing high-quality residential and dementia care, you’ll join our friendly team at Bowood Court
, a welcoming 59-bed home in Enfield, Redditch.

Our Acting Senior Care Assistants play a vital role in residents’ daily lives, offering the same kindness and compassion you would give your own loved ones. You’ll support residents with all aspects of daily living, providing both emotional and practical care while promoting dignity, independence, and happiness.

• Pay £12.88 Per Hour
• 33 - 44hours per week
• 3 - 4 Shifts a week
• Day Shifts 07:00 - 19:00
• Alternate Weekend Working Required

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
• Previous care experience (essential)
• Previous Senior Care experience (desirable)
• Good literacy, numeracy and communication skills
