Overview
Care Assistant positions in Redditch require traveling around Redditch and the surrounding areas to support clients with a range of daily needs.
Responsibilities- Companionship – keeping clients happy and engaged
- Personal hygiene support – assistance with washing and dressing
- Medication – reminders and collection of prescriptions
- Meal preparation – help at mealtimes
- Housework – laundry, cleaning and tidying
- Errands – shopping assistance and running errands
- Mobility – helping clients get around
All positions are permanent but offer flexible contract options, including full‑time or part‑time arrangements with guaranteed hours.
Alina Homecare Academy provides the required training, so no prior experience or professional qualifications are necessary. Minimum requirements are a caring and positive attitude, a valid driving licence with access to a vehicle, and the right to work in the UK.
PayUp to £14.76 per hour.
