Registered Nurse - TDDI

At Rainbow Care Solutions, were a well-established domiciliary care provider with over 20 years of experience and operate across our 5 branches. We are seeking to recruit an experienced Registered Nurse to lead TDDI (Treatment of Disease, Disorder or Injury) services. Based at the Redditch head office, the role combines direct clinical nursing with strategic staff leadership.

Key aspects:
Conduct clinical assessments, care planning, TDDI documentation, and provide nursing care to individuals with complex health needs Guide and train care staff in complex clinical skills (oxygen therapy, PEG feeding, NIV, catheter care, suctioning, pressure area management, end-of-life care) Deliver clinical oversight across all branches via MDT collaboration Assess staff competency and develop delegation protocols Requirements:
Valid NMC registration, community/complex/palliative/domiciliary nursing experience, CHC/fast-track knowledge, clinical competencies, UK driving licence, enhanced DBS (subject to satisfactory references and DBS), must have legal right to work in the UK, strong communication.
