Sika is hiring an HR & Payroll Coordinator (18-month FTC) to join our HR team in the UK. The role is hybrid, with four days on site and one day from home, and involves supporting payroll cycles and HR operations using SAP Success Factors where applicable.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD Level 5 qualified with at least 2 years of payroll experience in an SME, and a willingness to develop HR/Payroll qualifications during the FTC. Salary is complemented by comprehensive benefits.
