Conveyancing Post Completions Assistant – Redditch

Are you a Conveyancing Legal Secretary or Assistant looking for the next step in your career at a firm known for its conveyancing and high quality of work?

My client is an ever- expanding, national law firm with many offices throughout the Midlands. It is currently looking for a Post Completion Conveyancing Legal Assistant to joint its close-knit team in Redditch.

As a Post Completion Assistant in the team your role will be to assist Fee Earners on all matters relating to the post completion element of the conveyancing process. This will include completing legal documents and applications such as SLDT forms and AP1's and land registry searches and managing files on behalf of fee earners and closing them upon completion.

To be considered you will have experience dealing with post completions and have a desire to focus on this area of work.
