We are looking for an experienced Night Hygiene Team Leader to work with a range of Mitie clients to manage a cleaning team, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining excellent service standards for the delivery of routine planned and periodic cleaning for a Mitie customer.

• Lead and manage a cleaning team for Mitie clients, including recruitment and development of staff and maintaining service standards for routine planned and periodic cleaning.
• Deliver routine planned and periodic cleaning and ensure cleaning staff understand task schedules while following Health & Safety procedures by providing technical training as required.
• Distribute uniforms, monitor standard of cleanliness and the use of materials, and order stocks as necessary.
• Deal with issues efficiently and in a professional manner, referring to line manager where appropriate.

• The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory and cleaning experience.
• Good communication skills, be reliable and hardworking with a professional attitude, and able to work to a schedule on their own initiative.
