Looking for a job in Redditch? We are seeking an outgoing and competitive MST (Mobile Service Technician) servicing on site hydraulic hoses repairs in our service centre and surrounding areas.

We are looking for an self motivated person who can work well as part of a team. We would prefer experience in a mechanical plant or engineering background and will offer training for the right person. There will be an after hours call out roster which is on a 24 hour basis which you will be expected to undertake and includes weekends and bank holidays all year round.

You will need to hold a full UK driving licence and be willing to complete an online driving licence check.

As a Fi el d Engineer you will be expected to deliver a high level of customer service in both trade and sales opportunit ies , building customer loyalty and enhancing the company’s reputation for future ser vice .

• Ensuring serviceable equipment is in the hands of the user fully operational
• Carry out any customer visits to maintain and build relationships
• Candidates will be expected to actively promote Pirtek products and services to existing and prospective customers throughout their given territory
• The candidate is expected to maintain the highest levels of health and safety practice including the mandatory use of personal protective equipment
• Good personal presentation and adhere to Pirtek policies and procedures
• Mechanical knowledge
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Good communication skills both orally and writing
• The ability to present yourself in a professional and courteous manner to customers
• Ability to effectively communicate technical information to engineering personnel

• Full UK Driving License
