We are looking for a reliable and proactive Caretaker / Housekeeper to support an extra care scheme in Redditch. This is a temporary agency assignment focused mainly on cleaning and housekeeping duties within a residential care environment.

• Location: Redditch, B97
• Hours: 20 hours per week (typically 4 hours per day, hours may vary)
• Contract Length: 12 weeks initially, with possible extension
• Pay Rate: £14.13 per hour
• Start Date: 18 May 2026
• IR35 Status: Inside IR35
• DBS: Enhanced DBS required

• Cleaning and maintaining communal areas to a high standard
• Sweeping, mopping, litter picking, and waste removal
• Supporting housekeeping and general site cleanliness
• Carrying out minor caretaking duties as required
• Reporting maintenance or health & safety concerns
• Assisting in keeping the environment safe, tidy, and welcoming for residents
