BAM UK & Ireland is recruiting a Cleaning Supervisor to join our FM segment and be based at Tudor Grange Academy in Redditch. The role involves supervising a team of cleaners, ensuring tasks meet KPI and safety guidelines, and coordinating with the Facilities Manager. 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a shift window from 7.00am to 8.00pm.
Ideal candidates will have supervisory experience in a cleaning environment. COSHH and health & safety knowledge are advantageous.
