Position: Site Supervisor (Contract)
Site Manager / Supervisor - Arboriculture & Vegetation Management

Based in Redditch | 6-Month Contract | Immediate Start (Beginning of March)
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established vegetation management (De-Veg) contractor that works alongside major main contractors across infrastructure and construction projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Manager / Supervisor with arboriculture or vegetation management knowledge to join a busy team on a 6-month contract.

Contract Details

Location:

Redditch (office-based with site travel)
Duration: 6 Months (Starting beginning of March)

Hours:

Monday-Friday, 07:30-16:30
Rate: £250 per day
Vehicle:
Company vehicle provided for work use only
(Own transport required to commute to Redditch office)
Role Responsibilities
Managing and supervising tree and plant watering programmes
Overseeing arboricultural works, including damaged tree management
Coordinating site teams and ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently
Liaising with main contractors and stakeholders
Completing reports and maintaining documentation using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
Essential Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Previous supervisory or management experience within vegetation management, arboriculture, or similar
Understanding of tree care, damaged tree assessment, and watering programmes
Competent in Microsoft Word and Excel
Full UK Driving Licence
Desirable
SWQR
NRSWA (Traffic Management)
Ideal Candidate You will be an organised and proactive supervisor who understands arboricultural operations and can confidently manage site teams while maintaining strong communication with main contractors. A practical understanding of tree health and vegetation management is highly beneficial.
