Flexible (minimum 46 weeks) The Opportunity Kindsight Recruitment is supporting the appointment of an experienced Registered Childrens Home Manager for a 4-bed EBD childrens residential home in Redditch (B98). This is a stable, well-supported service with an established leadership structure already in place, offering an excellent opportunity for an experienced EBD Registered Manager to step into a role with strong infrastructure, incentives, and genuine support.

Key Responsibilities Overall leadership and management of a 4-bed EBD childrens home Maintain and improve Ofsted outcomes through strong quality assurance Ensure full compliance with Childrens Homes Regulations 2015 and SCCIF Lead, support, and develop the staff team Oversee safeguarding, care planning, staffing, and performance Work closely with the Responsible Individual, who provides weekly on-site support Promote a positive, structured, and child-centred culture

Essential Criteria (Strict Please Read Carefully) ?? Only candidates who meet all of the below will be considered. Current Registered Manager within a childrens EBD residential setting Proven Registered Manager experience ( Deputy Managers stepping up will NOT be considered ) Experience specifically within EBD services Strong working knowledge of Ofsted regulations and SCCIF ??
