Wates Group in Redditch is seeking a proactive Voids Supervisor to own a designated patch, oversee void refurbishments and turnaround works across our housing stock, and ensure properties are brought back to lettable standards. You will lead a team of trades and subcontractors, conduct inspections, manage KPIs, budgets, and timelines, and liaise with housing teams to handover ready homes.
