Key Responsibilities:

- Efficiently manage the booking in and out of products using the SAP system and RMA process.
- Perform mechanical and electrical repairs, refurbishments, and overhauls on returned products.
- Inspect returned products, identify faults, and troubleshoot issues.
- Write comprehensive reports detailing findings for returned products.
- Handle customer returns and provide exceptional customer support.
- Liaise with the Quality Team regarding product issues.
- Occasionally provide on-site support.

Skills and Attributes:

- Experience in manufacturing is preferred.
- Proficiency in reading and understanding technical drawings.
- Soldering skills are a bonus.
- Computer literacy, with experience in SAP, Microsoft Word, and Excel.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer liaison.
- Ability to present data effectively with attention to detail.
