Salary: 39,000 - 44,000
Shifts: Monday to Friday - double days
Commutable from: Birmingham, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Solihull

Company Overview:
A well-established food manufacturing company in the Redditch area is seeking a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer to join their expanding team, supporting automated production and essential site equipment.
Role & Responsibilities:
Carry out planned and reactive maintenance on food processing machinery and site services.
Maintain and repair mechanical systems including pumps, motors, and conveyors.
Ensure equipment reliability and efficiency while supporting production teams.
Assist with additional site services, with training provided for boilers, refrigeration, and other systems.
Knowledge, Skills & Experience:
Mechanical maintenance experience in a food manufacturing environment
Experience with process equipment and conveyors
Proactive, safety-conscious, and able to work independently or in a team
Welding or electrical skills advantageous but not essential
