General Operatives Wanted Are you looking for long-term, stable employment with real career progression?

Join a leading manufacturing specialist in Redditch as a General Operative and become part of a dedicated, skilled team.

• Operate machinery to include weighing scales, filling pumps and mixers
• Check goods in against paperwork and system records
• Colour matching, tinting paints to customer standards using both solvent and water-based paints
• Paint spraying application
• Quality checking finished products

• Previous manufacturing experience essential
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Full driving licence is essential

Shift: Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm and Friday 08:00 to 1:00pm

Pay: £12.21 per hour
