A leading tier-one automotive manufacturer in Redditch is seeking a Weekend Maintenance Team Leader to oversee the maintenance team during the weekend shift. You will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of mechanical and electrical systems while fostering a culture of continuous improvement. The ideal candidate will possess significant experience in a maintenance leadership role within a high-volume manufacturing environment and strong knowledge of PLC systems.
