Overview
Redditch – Various shifts available:
Days Mon–Fri or Weekend Days or Nights.
There is an immediate requirement for a CNC Operator to join a successful Redditch-based manufacturing company. The role offers various shifts and a strong development plan within a well-established organisation with a strong order book and potential for growth through 2026 and beyond.
The training and development plan will give successful candidates the opportunity to develop professionally and maximise their potential.
Responsibilities- Producing components for various industries including aerospace, automotive and defence
- Operating 4- and 5-axis CNC machines
- Conducting quality control measures on your own work
- Following all health and safety policies and procedures
- Operating experience with CNC milling machining centres
- Knowledge of Fanuc or Mazatrol controls would be advantageous
- Ability to check components with gauges and measuring equipment
- A positive attitude towards work, development and teamwork
