• Building products from engineering drawings
• Using hand and power tools daily
• Following quality procedures (right first time, every time)
• Working to deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
• Adapting to changing priorities on the shop floor

• Assembly experience in manufacturing (ideal, not essential)
• Mechanical and/or electrical assembly skills
• Ability to read engineering drawings
• Good communication skills
• Self‑motivated with a proactive attitude
• Flexible and adaptable
