Nicholas Associates is seeking a Mechanical Operative for their metal component finishing department in Redditch. The role involves finishing precision engineered metal components using hand tools and air-powered tools, adhering to tight tolerances.
Shifts will be Monday to Wednesday from 4:30 pm to 2:30 am and Thursday from 4:30 pm to 1:30 am, totaling 39 hours a week. The pay ranges from £16.97 to £18.25 per hour, with higher rates available after training.
