General Operatives Wanted

Are you looking for long‑term, stable employment with real career progression? The Best Connection are looking for a General Operative to join a leading manufacturing specialist in Redditch as a General Operative and become part of a dedicated, skilled team.

The key skills we would be looking for include:

• Previous manufacturing experience essential
• GCSE's including Maths & English to a grade C or above
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work methodically and follow procedures
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling
• Full driving licence is essential

• Operating machinery to include weighing scales, filling pumps and mixers
  Checking goods in against paperwork and system records
• Colour matching, tinting paints to customer standards using both solvent and water‑based paints, in solid and metallic shades
• Paint spraying application
• Quality checking finished products
• Maintaining high standards of accuracy, organisation, and housekeeping

• Monday to Thursday 8:00am to 4:30pm
• Friday 08:00 to 1:00pm

• £12.71 per hour
