Sheet Metal Worker

Established signage manufacturing company requires a Sheet Metal Worker to join their expanding team based in Redditch.

Previous fabricating experience is essential to fulfil the role of Sheet Metal Worker. Within this role you will be offered free car parking and competitive pay rates. Offered on a temporary to permanent basis, this position of Sheet Metal Worker is available with immediate start.

Duties and responsibilities of Sheet Metal Worker –

* Setting up metalwork machinery including rollers, drill presses, flame cutters, brakes, and shears

* Double-checking design specifications before commencing with cutting work

* Fabricating and constructing metal components

* Grinding and finishing completed products

* Performing quality checks on completed products

* Conforming with state and company safety regulations

* MIG Welding

Skills and attributes required by successful candidate for the role of Sheet Metal Worker –

* Previous experience as a metal fabricator

* Attention to detail

* Able to work as part of a team and individually

Location:

Redditch

Hours of work: 6am-2pm, 2pm-10pm (rotating shifts)

Pay: £15.00 per hour
