Job Overview
A Production Operative for a rotating shift, full-time temporary position based in Redditch. Salary of £13.73 per hour, 42‑hour working week on a Monday‑Thursday 4‑day shift pattern (0600‑1630 or 1630‑0300).
Location & PayRedditch. Pay Rate: £13.73 per hour.
Duties- Production line assembly
- Optical quality checks
- Machine operation
- Help the team hit quality and quantity targets
- Work in line with health & safety regulations
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment
- Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts
- Demonstrated reliability and good timekeeping
