Toolmaker – Press Tooling; Four

Executive Network Group is seeking two skilled Toolmakers in Redditch for a four-day working week. Candidates should have experience in press tooling, particularly in Automotive, Aerospace, or General Manufacturing.

The role requires strong mechanical skills to ensure effective maintenance and operation of tooling. Responsibilities include manufacturing new tools, debugging existing ones, and working closely with production teams to minimize issues. A recognised engineering apprenticeship or significant experience in a Toolroom is essential.
