Warehouse Operative Backs

This role is for a Warehouse Operative Backs based in Redditch, working a twilight shift pattern:
Monday to Thursday from 15:30 to 23:30, with Fridays finishing earlier at 13:45 to 20:00. It is a full‑time position with pay ranging from £15.27 to £15.88 per hour, with a guaranteed increase after 12weeks of service. The role offers training on various FLTs in‑house, early finishes every Friday, and the opportunity to progress to a permanent contract after a successful trial.

As part of a growing global manufacturer, you will support the goods in and out department and perform a variety of warehouse duties including:

• Picking various products
• Inspecting parts
• Collaborating with the goods in/out department
• Adhering to health and safety protocols
• Using MHE (moving heavy equipment) and training on FLTs
• Overtime available at a premium rate
• Potential permanent contract for reliable employees after trial
