Overview

Job Title: Forge / Ancillary Operator

Pay: £14.00 per hour

Available Shifts Include: Monday to Thursday, 6:00am – 4:00pm;
Monday to Thursday, 2:00pm – Midnight;
Rotating early and late shifts. Includes a shift allowance

As a Forge / Ancillary Operator, you will work within a dynamic manufacturing environment, supporting the production and forging processes. Your responsibilities will include:

• Supporting day-to-day forge and manufacturing operations
• Operating production machinery and equipment
• Loading and unloading machinery
• Handling and moving materials and components
• Assisting with the production of manufactured components
• Carrying out general production and manufacturing duties
• Checking components for quality and identifying defects
• Following production instructions and processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Adhering to all company health and safety procedures
• Collaborating effectively as part of a team to meet production targets

• Previous experience in manufacturing, production, engineering, or a similar environment is advantageous
• Experience operating machinery would be beneficial
• Comfortable working within an industrial manufacturing setting
• Strong attention to detail
• Reliable with a committed work ethic
• Ability to work well within a team
• Flexible and adaptable to varied shift patterns
