Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (Double Days)
05:30 – 14:00 / 13:30 – 22:00

Our client, a well-established food manufacturing company based in Redditch, is expanding its engineering team and is looking to recruit a Production Maintenance Engineer to support its growing operation.

The Role As part of a skilled and supportive engineering team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining production efficiency by carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across a variety of food manufacturing equipment and site services.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Maintaining and repairing industrial food processing and cooking equipment.
• Fault finding and servicing pumps, motors, conveyors and associated production machinery.
• Maintaining essential site services including air compressors and water systems.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives to maximise machine reliability and performance.
• Working safely to ensure the highest standards of health and safety are maintained.
