Location: RedditchSalary: £28,000 - £30,000 per annumHours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm(1-hour lunch break or 30-minute lunch plus two 15-minute breaks)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Team Leader to join a fast-paced food manufacturing and distribution environment in Redditch. This is an excellent opportunity for a hands-on leader with warehouse experience and a valid FLT licence who is passionate about maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and team performance.

The role involves working within a chilled environment alongside seafood product, ensuring customer orders are picked, dispatched, and delivered to the highest standards.
