Production Operative

• Operate production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assemble products in line with engineering specifications and quality standards.
• Monitor production processes and carry out quality checks, reporting any defects or issues.
• Pack and label finished products ready for dispatch.
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment at all times.
• Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies.
• Work to daily production targets while maintaining high quality standards.
• Assist with stock control and inventory activities as required.

Knowledge and Skills

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment is desirable but not essential.
• Good attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Basic understanding of Health & Safety procedures within a manufacturing environment.
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling, lifting and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable, punctual and willing to learn new skills.
