Red Recruitment Group are recruiting for a Production Supervisor on behalf of a leading manufacturing and engineering company based in Redditch.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced manufacturing Team Leader or Supervisor to join a growing business.
The Role
You'll be responsible for leading a team operators within a busy production environment, ensuring production targets, quality standards and safety requirements are consistently achieved.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervising and motivating production teams
- Delivering output, quality and OEE targets
- Coordinating tool changes and production schedules
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives including 5S and SMED
- Ensuring compliance with health & safety and quality standards
- Managing performance, training and development within your team
The Candidate
- Previous supervisory experience within manufacturing, machining or production.
- Strong understanding of production KPIs, quality and continuous improvement
- Experience leading teams in a fast-paced manufacturing setting
- Confident communicator with a hands-on management style
