We are partnering with a well-established global manufacturing company based in Redditch to recruit a Hydrotester for a full-time, permanent position. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in mechanical testing, hydraulics, or manufacturing environments. Immediate or short-notice availability is preferred.

• Conduct hydrostatic testing on components and equipment
• Operate and monitor testing equipment safely and precisely
• Ensure all products comply with required quality and pressure standards
• Interpret technical drawings and test specifications accurately
• Record and report test results thoroughly and promptly
• Maintain stringent quality control throughout all processes
• Adhere to all health and safety procedures at all times

• Support general workshop and production activities
• Handle, load, and move materials safely
• Prepare equipment for testing
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment
• Operate an overhead crane (experience preferred but not essential; full training provided)

• Reliable, punctual and hardworking
• Comfortable working in a hands‑on engineering environment
• Willing to work in all workshop conditions
• Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
• Mechanical or testing experience advantageous but not essential
• Experience using an overhead crane desirable but not essential
• Team player with a positive and proactive attitude
• Physically fit and capable of performing manual tasks
